Consultancy has a reputation, some of it earned: unclear progression, being sold as a profile rather than hired as a person, and years spent adjacent to the work rather than doing it. We try to run against each of those.

People here are on client-facing delivery early, with senior engineers and designers working alongside them rather than reviewing from a distance. Progression expectations are written down per discipline and reviewed on a regular cycle, so what “the next level” means is not a matter of opinion.
