- Application details — name, contact details, work history, portfolio links and anything else you choose to include when you apply for a role.
- Engagement records — contact details and correspondence generated while delivering work for a client organisation.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data — IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system and the pages you visit.
- Usage data — how you arrived at the site, how long you spend on pages and which links you follow.
We do not collect special category data through this website, and we ask that you do not include it in enquiry or application forms.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and to prepare for conversations about potential work.
- To assess applications for employment and communicate with candidates.
- To deliver, administer and support engagements for client organisations.

No system is perfectly secure. Where a personal data breach is likely to result in a risk to your rights, we will notify the relevant authority and, where the risk is high, notify you directly.
10. Children
This website is directed at business audiences and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We review this policy periodically and when our processing changes materially. The version in force is always published on this page with its effective date.
